Terms of Use

The terms for using Warrenet, written to be read.

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms cover the Warrenet apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, the Warrenet subscription, and this website. Warrenet is provided by RandomRabbits LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using Warrenet, you agree to these terms.

The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add what is specific to Warrenet. If they conflict with Apple’s agreement on how the app is licensed, Apple’s agreement applies.

What Warrenet is

Warrenet is software. It creates and manages VPN servers in your own cloud account and connects your devices to them. We don’t operate VPN servers, we don’t carry your traffic, and we aren’t your cloud provider.

Your cloud account and its charges

  • To create a server, you need your own account with a cloud provider that Warrenet supports. Your use of that account is governed by the provider’s terms, not ours.
  • Your cloud provider bills you directly for every server you create, separately from your Warrenet subscription. You are responsible for those charges, including after your subscription ends or you stop using Warrenet.
  • A server is billed until it is deleted. At most providers, a server that is turned off is still billed. You can delete servers in the app or in your provider’s dashboard.
  • Prices and cost estimates shown in the app come from the provider and are for your information. Your provider’s invoice is what counts.

The Warrenet subscription

  • Warrenet is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store, billed by Apple to your Apple Account. One subscription covers Warrenet on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
  • Plans are monthly and yearly. The current prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. There is no free trial.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings or with Manage Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period continues until it ends.
  • Launch pricing. If you subscribe during the launch period, the first three months after Warrenet’s public release, you pay the launch price for as long as that subscription stays active. If it expires, you keep the launch price by subscribing again to the same plan within 60 days. After the launch period, the regular price in effect at that time applies if you subscribe again later than that, or if you switch between the monthly and yearly plans.
  • We may change prices for new subscribers. For existing subscribers, Apple notifies you of any price increase as its rules require.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What the subscription includes

Your subscription includes the Warrenet apps, setting up and managing servers in your cloud account, routing rule updates delivered with app updates, and app improvements. Servers you create after an update use the server software included in that update. Existing servers are not upgraded automatically. To use newer server software, delete the server and create a new one.

If your subscription ends

Connecting the VPN and creating new servers require an active subscription, including Apple’s billing grace period. Without one, you can still sign in to your cloud providers, see your servers and their estimated costs, turn servers off and delete them, export your servers and diagnostics, and restore purchases.

Warrenet never deletes or changes your servers, profiles, or settings because a subscription ended. Your servers keep running, and your provider keeps billing for them, until you delete them.

Using Warrenet responsibly

You agree to use Warrenet and your servers lawfully, and to follow your cloud provider’s acceptable use policy. Don’t use them to attack or disrupt other systems, to send spam, or to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the traffic that passes through your servers and for complying with the laws that apply to you, both where you are and where your server is located.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Warrenet handles and why.

Services from other companies

Warrenet works with services that other companies provide, including your cloud provider and Apple (the App Store and iCloud). Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, their prices, or changes to them.

No guarantees

Warrenet is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will work on every network or in every country, or that it will protect you against every threat. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, for lost data or profits, or for charges from your cloud provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to Warrenet is limited to the amount you paid for your Warrenet subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Warrenet changes. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and tell you in the app or on this website before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using Warrenet after that, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, except where the law of the country you live in requires otherwise.
